Taking a Quiz
Quizzes assigned to you show up under Training → My training.
Your Training List
The top of the page shows how many of your quizzes are complete, how many are left, and how many are overdue.
To do lists quizzes you haven’t passed yet. Each one shows its status and due date, with a button to Start, Resume, or Retake.
Completed lists quizzes you’ve passed, with the date and your score.
Taking a Quiz
- Click Start.
- Read the question and pick your answer. For multiple choice questions, select every answer that applies.
- Click Next to move on. Use Back to change an earlier answer.
- On the last question, click Submit. You have to answer every question first.
Your answers are saved as you go. If you close the page or lose your connection, click Resume later and pick up where you left off.
After You Submit
If you passed: you’ll see your score, plus every question with the correct answer and an explanation. The quiz moves to Completed and you’re done. You can’t retake a quiz you’ve passed.
If you didn’t pass: you’ll see your score and which questions you missed. The correct answers aren’t shown yet, so review the material and click Try again. There’s no limit on retakes.
Every attempt is kept. You can open past attempts from the quiz page.
Common Questions
How are questions scored? Each question is right or wrong. For multiple choice, you need every correct answer selected and nothing extra.
Why did the order change on my retake? Questions and answer options are shuffled for each attempt.
What does “overdue” mean? The due date has passed. You can still take the quiz.
A quiz disappeared from my list. Where did it go? It was probably archived by an admin. Archived quizzes drop off your to-do list. If you’d already passed it, it stays under Completed.
