Mason & AI ToolsOverview

Mason & AI Tools

Rivvex has a built-in AI assistant called Mason. Mason looks at your past invoices, job types, and any context your team has written to suggest pricing for new jobs. You can also chat with Mason to ask follow-up questions about how prices were figured.

Beyond pricing, Rivvex has AI tools for equipment and a help chat that answers questions about how the app works.

What Can Mason Do?

  • Suggest line-item pricing for a job based on what you’ve charged on similar jobs before
  • Answer questions about how a suggested price was calculated, what comparable jobs looked like, or how to adjust for different conditions
  • Use your team’s context (rate cards, pricing rules, policies) so suggestions match how you actually price work

Where You’ll Find It

Mason lives inside the pricing suggestions dialog on any job. When you’re on a job and click the pricing button, that’s where Mason does its work.

The other AI features show up in different spots:

Getting Started

If you’re new to Mason, start with Pricing Suggestions. That’s the main feature, and the others build on top of it.

If you want Mason’s suggestions to reflect your team’s specific rates and rules, set up your AI Context Catalog first.
